Between Splügen and the San Bernardino Pass lies the beautiful village of Nufenen. Here, in a sunny, quiet location, our vacation home built in 1974 awaits you. It offers space for up to eight people and is a perfect place to relax. The house has a large living-dining room with half-open kitchen, four bedrooms with two beds each, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and another toilet. Heating is provided by a tiled stove in the living area and additionally by electric stoves in all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and dishes. The pantry always contains a basic stock of long-lasting food. In the living room you can find reading material, games, radio, CD player and TV. High-performance WLAN is available. The vestibule to the entrance is equipped with a workbench and many tools and has space for sledges and skis. Also in the basement is a washing machine available. In summer two cars can be parked in front of the house, in the snow season there are parking spaces within short walking distance on the village street. From the living room you can get to the terrace with a wonderful view. In the garden grow herbs and flowers.

For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of Fr. 80.-.
For the bed linen we charge Fr. 20.- per person and stay.
